Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Our orders are fulfilled through our international fulfillment network. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, carrier, and customs or local delivery conditions.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

WILL I NEED TO PAY EXTRA SHIPPING FEES?

No. Standard shipping is free for U.S. customers. Any applicable taxes or duties, if required, will be shown at checkout where applicable.

DELIVERY DELAYS

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to carrier volume, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
